Who is this for?
Growing small and medium-sized companies that want practical value from AI but do not need, or cannot justify, a large consulting programme or internal AI governance office.
Does the company need an AI strategy first?
No. A focused business question, team or workflow is often a better starting point. Strategy can emerge from tested opportunities and operating experience.
Is every engagement a three-week assessment?
No. The AI Direction Workshop is a focused, fixed-scope starter engagement. The Adoption Review is designed as a focused one-week engagement. Broader work is scoped only when justified.
What does the first engagement cost?
The standard AI Direction Workshop starts from CHF 5,000. Its confirmed scope, plan, outputs and fee are agreed before work begins, and there is no commitment to buy implementation or another service.
Does the work produce a large maturity report?
No. Outputs are concise and practical: opportunity shortlists, adoption maps, workflow plans, priorities, owners and review actions.
Is this mainly compliance consulting?
No. The primary objective is useful and responsible adoption. Governance is included in proportion to the consequence of the use and the needs of the company.
Can Kalipr support AI tool selection?
Yes, when tool selection follows a clear business and workflow requirement. The practice does not begin with a predetermined vendor.
Is Swarmix mandatory?
No. It can add continuous cross-tool visibility, knowledge and control, but every practice service can be delivered independently.
When is ongoing support useful?
When AI use spans several teams and management faces recurring adoption, value and control decisions, light quarterly support may be more efficient than repeatedly starting new projects.
Does Kalipr provide legal or audit advice?
No. The practice supports adoption, management decisions and operating design. It does not provide legal advice, audit assurance or certification.
